Welcome to Green Mountain Photography! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients, please take a moment to review our policies below.

No Refund Policy

• Vouchers and Gift Cards: All vouchers and gift cards purchased from Green Mountain Photography are non-refundable. Please ensure you select the appropriate package before making your purchase.
• Last-Minute Cancellations: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for sessions cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled date. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your payment.

Deposits

• Small Deposit Required: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your session. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.

Rescheduling Policy

• Special Mini Sessions: Due to the limited availability and high demand for our special mini sessions, we cannot accommodate rescheduling requests for these sessions. Please ensure you are available for the date and time you book.
